Maria Sudano

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Maria Sudano, at the age of 66 years old on January 6, 2026.

Maria was predeceased by her parents, Carolina Abatemarco and Luigi Luciano Sudano. She was the beloved sister of Angelo Sudano (The Late Livia Delli Colli Sudano), and a cherished aunt to Luciano, Antony (Christina Mitri), and Marco (Aline Abboud). Maria was a proud great-aunt to Livia and Mia Sudano. Loving niece to Cono Abatemarco and a devoted Godmother to Mariasabrina and Barbara Mangione. She leaves behind many family members and friends who cherished her deeply.

A heartfelt thank you to her devoted cousin, Pasqualina Abetemarco, whose sisterly bond with Maria spanned 66 years. Her unwavering love, dedication and care during the final years of Maria’s illness will never be forgotten.

Her legacy is one of commitment and hard work, she gave her best in all she did. She had a deep love for learning and languages. Maria will be remembered for her generosity, strength, dedication and resilience. Her courage throughout her illness was truly admirable.

Maria will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
