Michael Cowan

March 14, 1939-April 21, 2025.

Beloved husband of Nancy Wargny, father of Rebecca Cowan (André Lefebvre), Aviva Cowan (Wayne Warford), step-father of Tracy Chick (Gurd Cooner), grandfather of Isaac Lefebvre (Violet Webster), Catherine Cowan-Lefebvre and brother of Trudy Cowan (Leonya Luker). He will be missed by cousins Phil & Carolyn Cowan as well as many other dear friends and family.

Mike loved his 33 years as a physics professor at Vanier College. He was a talented musician and photographer who loved being outdoors observing nature. We will always cherish our memories of Mike at the piano accompanying singalongs.

A private celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
