Michel & I were high-school friends, I was so shocked to hear the news.
I was trying to call several times to get together like we use to do. I heard he went in the best world.

I just came across this sad news! Michael was always cheerful and a warm hearted person. My most sincere condolences to you Mutsumi and his family.

Dear Mutsumi, 
my heart goes out to you and to Michel’s Family.

My memories of Mich goes back to his years in sales at CFCF.
He was charismatic, friendly and genuine.  
I don’t remember Michel having too many bad days.  
My cherished memories include getting together with Mich and three other colleagues at one of our homes, having dinner, playing cards and gossiping about work, (ok, colleagues too), every few months.  
I also had the honour of directing several episodes of “Reviewers at Large”, a weekly movie review segment hosted by Michel and Brian Burko.  
Mich was a natural and had an outstanding, in-depth knowledge of films.  
He will be sadly, missed.

Such crushing news. My sincere condolences to his loved ones, especially Mutsumi. I have fond memories of Michel being an outgoing Gentleman who was charming in French & English.  He was even a movie-reviewer on CFCF and was full of energy.  He will be missed terribly.....

Michel was a wonderful man and a loving brother, kind, sincere and sensitive. He will be greatly missed. His legacy will always be remembered. I would like to extend my sincere condolences to Mutsumi and the family in the passing of mon oncle Michel. I cherish the memories of how incredibly proud I was to tell everyone I knew in High school that I had an uncle who worked at the iconic CFCF-12.  To me,  you will always be remembered as the absolute classiest act and although we were not close in recent years, you will be tremendously missed.

My condolences to my sister in law , Mutsumi. Michel was my baby brother and we have some wonderful memories of us growing up. I only wish that so many years wouldn’t have passed without us seeing each other. I’ve missed you so much and will miss our chats on the phone.  I will miss your voice, your laugh and those 3 words that so many people forget to say, I Love You. Rest in peace baby brother.
