It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ngoc Huy Pham on August 14, 2019, at the age of 51.
The family will receive condolences on Sunday August 18, 2019 at 10 am to 21 pm and Mondau August 19, 2019 at 8h30 am to 10 am at Côte-des-Neiges funeral home.
A funeral service will be held at the funeral home Monday August 19, 2019 at 9 am.
