I am so heartbroken that you have left us so soon, lolo. I will always cherish our greatest moments we have shared together.  I will miss seing you drive your red volvo and seeing you having fun with your friends at plaza and tim hortons. I wish we had another chance to share a cup of wine together. I will miss your laughs and smile.  Thank you so much for being the best grandpa figure for me and my sisters. You will forever  be in my heart. I love you so much lolo.

So much more than just a father-in law to me you’re a friend and you will always be. You inherited us your understanding. Thank you for always being there for my family. Thank you for sharing your time, advice, and love. Though we cannot see you anymore, you will live on forever in our hearts and at our side. I am eternally grateful to God for giving you as my partner for life. We’ve been thru a lot, ups - downs, joys and even sorrows. Arguably, because im the youngest among the siblings, some will say im probably the one with the least memory of you. I grew up knowing that you are on other sides of the world, working to provide for the family. But i remember that i always look fwd to whenever you will come home. Bec i know aside from seeing you again i will also have new dolls, new toys, and even jewelries 😊 I guess i got my penchant for travelling and jewelries from u 😆 Now all grown up, and fully knowing how difficult life can be, i saw u in a diff light. Not anymore the father who gets to travel the world and buy fancy things,but now as a father who  made great sacrifices to be away from people you love just so you can provide for us. I am thankful Pa for all your sacrifices, for all your hardwork, just to give us a better life. Thank you for always telling me im your favorite daughter (you probably said the same to my 2 older sisters lol, but i hold this true to my heart 😍). I remember when i was little, i will always go and ‘pick u up’ from our neighbor’s house where you’re having a drink with friends, and you will say “yung mommy mo talaga alam na alam kung pano ako papauwiin. Laging ikaw ang pinangtatawag sa akin para umuwi na ako. Alam nya d kita matatanggihan”. Pa thank you for never shying away to show how much u love us. Whenever you call me, you will always say, ‘nasa Accenture ka pa ba? Sabi ko sa mga kaibigan ko manager ka dun!! Eh dun din daw nagtatrabaho anak nya pero hindi manager”.. i can almost see you beaming with pride on the other line. Pa, u will be missed. I promise to live my life well, and make you even prouder. It hurts so much but i know you are in a much better place now, so it will be selfish for me to hold on to you any further.. Rest in peace Pa, and Go home in the loving arms of our Creator. I love you so much!

It's hard for me to believe that you are gone.  I wanted to see you again, to say goodbye the way I wanted. Then I realized if I got my way, I would never say goodbye. Thank you so much for everything you have done, Lolo Rudy. No more calls everyday from you anymore. I love you so much. I will hold you in my heart until I can hold you again in heaven.     We used to have a love-hate relationship when i was younger because i resented the way you protected me from the boys who were hovering around me.  It was only now that i came to realize that you just wanted me to be the best that i can be.  I know i've disappointed you when i got married against your will but even then you still showed your unwavering love and support for me.  
   We may not be together all the time and it always took years before we see each other, but the bond between us remained strong even beyond miles away.
   I lost my confidante, my problem-solver and my bully.  No more missed calls from you, Pa.  Sorry!! 😢😢 Sana lang naramdaman mo na mahal na mahal kita kahit ano pa man ang pinagdaanan natin.
   I pray for your peace now, Pa.  Rest in the loving bosom of Our Lord Almighty.  We shall see each other again... sometime...until then!!

Your lost is something we could not have been prepared for. Though we know your body is getting weak, you always try to show the same strong and brave man that we've always known you to be.  The hurt and pain I am feeling now is nothing I have ever felt before. It pains me more thinking all the plans I have for us to do would never happen no matter what I do.  It is almost crushing me...
But rest in peace, Papa. You may be gone but you and your sweet memories are always with us. Your love filled our hearts that would last us more than a lifetime. You always were proud of us your children but you never know how much prouder we were of you. You have never forgotten us wherever your journey led you.  No more daily calls but I will call you in my heart all the time. We are devastated now but it will only be in this lifetime. I will see you in heaven, in the house that our Father God prepared for us! WE WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU, PAPA!!!

Words can never describe what i'm feeling right now.  It will never be enough to share my thoughts, but i know that you know what my heart speaks. And i can almost hear what yours say. Growing up, I knew very little about you and only heard of the tall tales our families would say about your travels in the sea. You were the person who sparked my interest in traveling and living in Spain when I found out you spent some time in Malaga. I wanted to see thru your eyes and experience life my way with you in my thoughts and hoping that I could get as close to the kind of man you are.  I admired you and your curiousity for the world while providing means and support for your family. Lolo, you are my favorite wanderer. A vagabond. The room brightens with your smile. We know that you are traveling somewhere far now and we all wish we could spend more time with you. We miss you very much. Words are not enough to express our pain but you are alive, living in all of us, with the sweetest memories that you blessed us with. We are very lucky and privileged to have known and spent time with an incredible human being, an amazing father, a wonderful lolo, and a true lover of what the world has to offer. I love you so much and am constantly thinking of you. I know you are watching over us, guiding us, and reminding us to not take our time and space here for granted. I love you so so much lolo and I miss you. 

With a heavy heart that we have to say goodbye to you Papa Rudy but we will always be grateful for the happy times ate Jenny and I shared with you. Thank you for making me feel special like your own daughter, ate Jenny’s sister. Memories of your happy visits at my house will stay with us forever.  Rest in God’s peace Papa Rudy. Our deepest condolences to the family for the passing of daddy. Just found out now we have the same birthday (March 3). To my Conti brother, Roland, your Conti brothers are with you in prayers for the repose of his soul. 

When I saw papa Rudy at Remrem's wedding, i noticed his friendly smile.  He will greet you with radiant smile.  Condonlences to the family. He will be peaceful in the Spirit World. I saw him in some pictures with his family, happy and contented.  

Sorrow comes in great waves but it rolls over us and though it may almost smother us, it passes and we remain. Lolo Rudy, RIP 🙏☝️
