She was a doting grandmother to Emma Rose and Ethan. She will be lovingly remembered by her brothers, Billy (Angie), Wayne (Allyson) and Warren (Gwenda) as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister, Willow Marie Codner, and parents, Bill and Marion (Wilson). Wendy will be missed by lifelong friends, Salwa Abisaleh (Jones) and Irene Hindley (Bily) and many others.
Wendy was an independent minded, fun loving person that always enjoyed socializing and keeping up to date with family and friends. She loved to travel and especially enjoyed the years she spent in England along with visits to Florida and Las Vegas. Most of Wendy’s life was spent in east end Montreal where her children and family grew up.
A get together of family and friends in Wendy’s honour will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA in Wendy’s name.
