There comes a time in the cancer journey when it is best ended. Bill ended his journey peacefully on January 5th. He was able to spend a lot of quality time in the last months with his children Ellen, Caroline, and Andrew, their spouses Cesare and Marnie, and his granddaughters Maya, Emma, Amelia and Isabelle along with many, many friends who so kindly visited, kept in touch and provided invaluable support. Bill had an amazing life full of work and adventures that took him around the world from the Arctic to Africa, South America and Southeast Asia. Good-bye Bill and continue to send us what we will all remember most – your crazy energy. Lola
