I am Aristans High School chorus teacher. Aristan walked into class every single day for 4 years with a big bright smile on his face and he would say my name- DENNYYYYYYYYY!!!!  He was so hard working and so dedicated and absolutely loved by everyone in our chorus family.  What an incredible young man. My deepest and sincerest condolences to his family.

He was a compassionate medic especially to my mom . She had fallen & was in pain. Not in a gd mood understandably , but he spoke to her with such caring . I sat in the front of ambulance & I had tears for the care he showed my mom. He will be missed by all those he has cared for . I’m sad at the thought of all those that won’t get his care. I pray you didn’t suffer & are now in loving arms .

Please accept my sincere condolences on your loss. Though I did not know your son having met so many of the PCVAC members certainly he was among the best people I have come to know in the community thru my volunteer outreach efforts on their behalf.

Aristan’s welcoming hugs and his easy way of being will be some of my fondest memories of him.  He was kind, smart, funny and loving. 
He  is like a falling star that  even after passing through the sky illuminates and leaves traces of joy. Au revoir Aristan. Nous t’aimons toujours. 

Although my sisters and I didn't know Aristan, we knew his mom, Mary and her sister, Nora!  Losing our children is the worst possible loss that any parent will ever go through, with that said, Aristan, is with many angels, my son for one!  My brother and my sisters have assured and reminded me that my son was a positive, loving and very compassionate person, as I have read that Aristan is and that although he's left this world, he also instilled these many qualities with many people who will always miss and love him!

Aristan volunteering another year (2015) on the Old Croton Aqueduct on I Love My Park Day, having learned quickly how to cut down tree strangling vines.  He was one of our young heroes - this photo lives on the Website of the Friends of the Old Croton Aqueduct to document his expert and effective work.

I first met Aristan when I worked at FGL as a teacher aide and then saw him again at the high school, always had a smile on his face. My sincere condolences to the Garandeau Family❤️🙏 R.I.P. Aristan thank you for always helping people❤️

Aristan was a regular volunteer at the annual I Love My Park Day events on the Old Croton Aqueduct.  He came to the first one held in 2012 and inspired others to join in. 

I fondly remember Aristan from my Kindergarten class.  He was a sweet boy who loved life, even at that young age.  I am so sad for this precious life to be taken from the world.  May he rest in peace and may his family and friends feel the love and light that he shared with everyone.

I will forever miss your bubbly personality and that voice that always made me smile!  Rest easy,  my friend!

I will always remember all the boy scout meetings and campouts we attended together, and we always had a good time. I mean, we even survived flipping a school bus up at Camp Read together. I will always remember the first campout we attended together with the troop. We all pulled a prank on Aristan and had him looking for imaginary items to take with us for white-water rafting, such as dehydrated water tablets and a left-handed smoke shifter. After about an hour of having him look through all of our supplies, we all gathered together and told him that it's all fake and there's no such thing as those items. Of course, it was all in good fun and we all were rolling on the floor laughing afterwards. In fact, I think Aristan was laughing more than all of us. I definitely considered him to be a friend, and I have absolutely nothing bad to say of him at all. Aristan will be truly missed and hopefully we will meet again someday. Rest in peace.

There wasn’t a shift that went by at Hudson Valley hospital ER that I didn’t see Aristan.  By the time he would be ready to go onto the next emergency call he had at least made me smile/laugh once! It was truly  wonderful to have known such a bright amazing person as Aristan. 

Aristan was a lovely human being who left the world better than when he came.  His passing is a great loss. Our love to Mary, Guy, Celine and Will
