Robbie Frogger Laug

Robbie was born on July 19, 1965 in Mt. Kisco, NY to Fred and Elizabeth (Belford) Laug. He was a longtime employee and Senior Laborer with the Town of Cortlandt for over 30 years. Robbie was a fun loving person; he loved to golf, snowmobiling and camping. He also was a diehard Dallas Cowboys Fan and loved Ozzy Osbourne. Robbie was known to local people as Frogger. Robbie was the kind of guy who could tell a story, have the whole room hanging on every word, and make you laugh like no one else.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Kim (Dohan) Laug; devoted father and stepmother, Fred and Vera Laug; loving sons, Christopher and Jake Belanger; adoring daughter, Alexis Laug; caring brothers, Brian (Stephanie) and Kyle (Lori) Laug and his cherished nieces, Samantha and Marina. His beloved mother Elizabeth Belford Laug predeceased him.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2017 from 3PM to 8PM at the EDWARD F. CARTER FUNERAL HOME, 170 Kings Ferry Rd., Montrose, NY 10548. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 13th at 10:00 am St. Patrick’s Church in Verplanck, NY. Burial will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery also in Verplanck.
