

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph Anthony Perez Sr., who left us on February 10, 2025. Born on November 5, 1950, in Santa Ana, CA, Joseph lived a life full of hard work, love, and dedication to his family.
Joseph worked as a carpenter for over 30 years, demonstrating a true passion for his craft. Whether building homes, taking on various projects, or simply using his hands, Joseph was dedicated to creating and working with his hands, always proud of what he could accomplish.
Above all, Joseph was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He cherished his family deeply, and his love for his wife, Fidelia Perez, was unwavering. He took immense joy in being a part of his grandchildren’s lives, always finding time for them and creating lasting memories.
Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Juventino and Lucy Perez. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Fidelia Perez, and six children: Justin Perez, Joseph A. Perez Jr., Luisa Vanessa Vincent, Andrew E. Perez, Melissa A. Zschokke, and Diego Perez. He also leaves behind 10 grandchildren: Thomas, Lanna, Adam, Alex, Mia, Ava, Audrey, Hunter, Madison, and Morgan, as well as 6 great-grandchildren.
Joseph is survived by his five siblings: Margaret, Esther, Rosemary, Bety, and Steve, all of whom shared a close bond with him throughout his life.
Joseph’s legacy will live on through his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who will always carry his memory in their hearts. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
