William was born on March 5th, 1964, in a small town in France to William and Chantal Chambers. After traveling throughout Europe, William's father, as family knows as Wild Bill, was then relocated to March Air Force Base, in what was known as Sunnymead at the time. William then attended Moreno Valley High School whereas a teen he joined a Pop and Lock crew with fellow peers and was known as “Chilly Willy alias Mr. Freeze”. Shortly after high school, William then enlisted into the United States Navy, based out of San Diego, CA.
During this time, William met his first wife Leticia, and they married in 1985. They remained married for 20 years and had three boys together, William, Anthony, and Jay.
In later years, William then met Yolanda, and they lived happily together in La Quinta, CA with their dogs, Scrappy and Irie. In 2018, they decided to tie the knot surrounded by close family and friends.
William was an avid fisherman and would be at the lake any chance he had, even just for the peace of mind. He also loved his dogs, traveling/road trips, foreign sports cars and horror movies. As his sons and nephews know, especially the low-budget horror movies. William was happiest when he and his family were together and he always jumped at the opportunity to enjoy a new place and experience with everyone there. He will be remembered by his outspoken and unique sense of humor, the ability to make the entire room laugh and the fact that he never missed a chance to tell you how proud he was of you. His demeanor and personality resonates within his sons and nephews, and will never be forgotten.
William George Clemot is predeceased by his father, William Charles Chambers, his baby sister, Catherine “Cookie” Weatherspoon, and his dog, Scrappy.
He is survived by his mother, Chantal Jane Chambers, his oldest sister, Dayanna Pritchett and her sons, Dakkar Hunter and Julien Hunter, his wife, Yolanda Clemot and their dog Irie, his ex-wife, Leticia Reynoso and their three boys, Willam Chambers, Anthony Clemot, and Jay Chambers, his grandchildren, Sophia, Noah, Levi, Juniper, Shiloh, Elijah, and grand-dogs, Odin, Vader, and as he called Gizmo, “Gizzard-Mo”
We love you William, and we will continue and strive to live in the way that we all made you proud. Be at peace, and rest in paradise.
