Saul Grogan Jr.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Good Hope Baptist Church 908 Washington Street Patterson, LA. Burial will follow in the New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Patterson, Louisiana.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of 22 years, Brenda Grogan; four sons, Saul (Ebony) Grogan, III, Tron (Thelma) Grogan, Terrence (Ronata) Cosey, and Carlton Cosey, all of Patterson, Louisiana; four daughters, Lisa Hall of Morgan City, Louisiana, India Grogan of Houston, Texas, and Dominique (Earnest) Harvey of Thibodaux, Louisiana, Frankie Harris of Patterson, Louisiana; three godchildren, Sheila Knight, Catina Wallace, and Makue Richard; seven brothers, Wallace "Gator" Grogan, Earl (Caroline) Grogan, Paul Grogan, Timothy Grogan, Garrett (Kathleen) Grogan, Joseph Grogan, and Marvin Grogan; five sisters, Brunetta (CC) Stewart, Lorretta (James) Duchan, Edna Riles, Betty Christopher, and Melissa Grogan; three sisters-in-law, Leslie Penn, Sally T. Grogan, and Ethel Grogan; five brothers-in-law, Letter Pinn, Robert Cosey, and Robert Fork, all of Morgan City, Louisiana, Jerry Pinn of Lima, Ohio, and William (Candi) Pinn of Lafayette, Louisiana; fifteen grandchildren; thirty four great grandchildren, along with a host of family and friends.

Saul was preceded in death by his parents; Saul Grogan, Sr. and Loretta Triggs Grogan; three brothers, Charles Grogan, Clarence Grogan, and Edward Grogan; his son, Alexander Grogan and his daughter, Alexis Cosey.
