Donald Randolph Chester, age 64, resident of the J Iverson Riddle Development Center died July 27, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at the Covenant Center Church on campus. Kirksey Funeral Home of Morganton is assisting the family.
