John Ottis Causby

John Ottis Causby, 63, of Morganton passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. John was born to the late Edward Eugene (Bud) Causby, and Bertie Marie Carswell Causby on October 24, 1958 in Burke County, N.C.

John had a love for farming, he also worked many years in lumber.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his brother Arnold Causby.

Those left to cherish John’s memory is his siblings; Rachel Causby Morgan (David Webb), Robert Causby, and Dennis Causby, nephew; Michael Morgan, great niece; Hannah DeBoard, great nephew; Grayson Morgan, and great great nephews; Moxon DeBoard, and Caden DeBoard, along with a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of John Ottis Causby wishes to thank Carolina Caring Hospice of Newton for their care and love.
