Robin Bowman

Ms. Bowman was born January 13, 1963, in Burke County to Bill R. Bowman and Betty May.

She loved spending time with family and enjoyed cookouts and camping. The joy of her life was being surrounded by her family.

Ms. Bowman was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, James Blane and Marie Owens; paternal grandparents, William Lawson and Virginia Bowman; and a brother Billy Ray Bowman, Jr.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Bowman is survived by sons, Tommy Bowman and wife, Amanda, Billy Bowman and Casey Riddle; brothers, Randy Bowman, Richie Bowman and wife, Donna, Chris May and wife, Kacy; sister, Roxie Jarrett and husband, Larry; grandchildren, Sierra, Nick and Julian Bowman, and Jessica Deel, all of Morganton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday, January 21, 2017, from 2-4 pm at Kirksey Funeral Home in Morganton, NC.
