Terry Allen Earp

Terry was a resident of Vale, North Carolina.

In addition to his Grandparents, Ruth and Johnnie Laws, Pauline Earp and Charles Dale Earp, he is preceded in death by his Uncle, David Laws and Aunts, Linda Barrier and Margaret Shatley.

Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Glenda R. Laws and Terry A. Earp; his children, Dimitri Earp (wife, Merlyn), Hailey Earp (fiance, Nick); his grandson, Waylon Bennett Whipkey; his sisters, April Price (husband, Aaron) and Charity Angel Johnson (husband, Bo); and numerous nieces and nephews, along with other loving extended family.

Terry loved spending time with his grandson, playing video games, listening to music, and tinkering with electronics.

A funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at Kirksey Funeral Home in Morganton, North Carolina officiated by Pastor Marvin Ford. The family will receive family and friends two hours prior to service from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Terry's favorite charity Saint Jude's Children's Hospital at www.stjude.org
