

The youngest of 3 siblings, Victoria battled a lifetime with Type 1 diabetes she contracted at age 6. Being diagnosed on Halloween was always a ironic cruel joke throughout her life. She was later being diagnosed with Kidney failure which required dialysis. Victoria also endured multiple strokes and heart disease.
Victoria graduated from North High School in Denver, Colorado. She married and divorced twice in her lifetime. Victoria had one child whom was given up for adoption at infancy. She always talked of love for her and hoped her life was joyful and blessed. Victoria has lived in Colorado, New Mexico, Iowa, and Louisiana before settling down in North Carolina.
Victoria was preceded in death by her mother Roni A. Warrington; her father, Frances Hoffman; and two nephews, Cory S. Locke and Zachary N. Locke.
Victoria loved her many nephews and nieces and was proud to be Auntie to them. She leaves behind her partner of 12 years, Patrick Swink of Morganton; a sister (Sissy), Yevette Buehrer-Locke and her family; a brother Shawn Hoffman and his family. Also surviving are numerous other relatives and friends.
Victoria will be interned with her mother Roni and grandmother Wilma F. Warrington in Missouri.
