He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandi Randolph; his father, David Stubblefield; and his grandparents, Papaw Ray and Mamaw Nadine Carmichael.
He is survived by his children, Jennifer Stubblefield-Atkins, Dillon Stubblefield, and Emily Stubblefield; his beloved grandchild Boone Atkins; his loving partner, Cindy Bird; her children, Jacob and Haylee Bird; and many extended family members and friends who will continue to honor his memory.
He was a hardworking man who built a life rooted in dedication and pride, leaving behind a lasting legacy through his business, 865 Designs. He took great pride in his work and in providing for his family, always showing what it meant to truly work hard for the life you want.
Above all, he was the best daddy to his three children Jen (Mason Atkins), Dillon (Destany Smith), and Emily. A role he cherished deeply. Becoming a Papaw to his first grandbaby quickly became his favorite title, and the love he had for them was unmatched.
He was also a loving boyfriend to Cindy, and he cared deeply for her children, Jacob and Haylee, treating them as his own and embracing the life they built together.
He was someone you could always depend on—steady, reliable, and always willing to lend a hand. Known for his sense of humor, he was a true jokester who could make anyone laugh. He found joy in the simple things: riding in his old truck, cooking good food, spending time with the people he loved, and helping others whenever he could.
He will be remembered as a great friend, a strong provider, and a man with a big heart who left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.
He is deeply loved and will be missed more than words can express.
Visitation with his family will be on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm. Family and friends will gather at Hamblen Memory Gardens at 10:00 am on Thursday, April 30, 2026 for graveside services.
