Dwayne Charles “Dickie” Pearson, age 68, of Bean Station, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 1, 2017. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church. He loved the outdoors. Preceding him death were his son, Nicholas Pearson; parents, Charlie and Laura Pearson; sister, Dinah Spears; and brother, Lowell Pearson.
Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Rena Pearson; children, Angie Christian, Lori Vincent, Barry Brogan, Tony Brogan; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; siblings, Doris (Tom) Bridgett, Dwight Pearson, Dorothy Lane, Dearl (Debra) Pearson, David (Darlene) Pearson, Donnie (Debbie) Pearson, Deana (Dennis) Hedrick, Dale Pearson; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Monday, June 5, 2017 from 1 – 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Rev Don Lamb and Rev Robert Bowery officiating. Interment will follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
