She was of the Baptist faith and a special sister and aunt.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Will and Relda Helton Manning, brother-in-law: Earl Hopson, special niece: Sherry Cox and her very special beloved pets, Hoppy and Bing.
Elsie is survived by her sister: Estel Lee Hopson of Talbott; nephews: Danny Hopson of Kodak and Mark Hopson (Damon Johnston) of Nashville. Great nephew: Daniel Hopson of New Market, great niece: Ridley Hopson a special cousin: Shirley Lee of Morristown. Her fur babies: Onyx, Phoebe and Hanni. Dear friends: Shannon, Lisa and Holden Emery and Mark and Regina Crigger all of Morristown.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at Stubblefield Funeral Home at 10:00 AM. Graveside services will follow at 11:00 AM in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
