George Kenneth Bowlin

He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Bowlin and mother, Naomi Bowlin. Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Betty Bowlin; son, Michael Daniels and wife LaTonya Daniels; daughter Nichole Harbin and fiancée Nate Hopkins; daughter, Christie Lakins and husband Nick Lakins; grandchildren, Caitlin (Cody) Buell, Trevor Harbin, Trent Daniels, Ethan Daniels, Preston Daniels, Tinley Lakins, Alli Lakins, Peyton Holmes; great grandchildren, Paislee and Sawyer Buell, Kylen Harbin; siblings, Danny (Pat) Bowlin, Ella (Bobby) Leatherwood, Leslie Bowlin, Fern (Shaffer) Smith; and a host of special nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive family and friends from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Whitesburg, TN on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2022, with the funeral to follow, Rev. Gary Dalton, Rev. Greg Ellison and Rev. Travis Porterfield officiating. The graveside service will take place at Sartain Springs Cemetery at 1:00 PM, Friday, Oct. 21, 2022 following a procession from Stubblefield Funeral Home. Rev. Roger Porter will officiate.
