She was preceded in death by her parents: Jesse Clyde and Mary Lou Day; sons: David and Daniel Baird; brother: Robert Day; sister: Carolyn Dawson and former husband, Emmit Baird, with whom she remained good friends.
Jessie is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Annette and Mike Williams. Grandchildren: Danielle Baird, David (Heather) Williams, Zackary (Courtney) Williams, Dylan Baird and Jennifer Baird. Great grandchildren: Jace Sheilds, Walker Williams, Conor Williams, Finway Williams, Neyland Williams, Kohen Baird and Easton Baird.
A special thank you is extended to Jefferson Park at Dandridge and Smoky Mountain Hospice for the compassionate care and kindness shown to Jessie.
Visitation with the family will be Monday, April 27, 2026 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Stubblefield Funeral Home.
Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 12:00 Noon in Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services.
