Richard Kelcie Woods, age 52, of Whitesburg, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 4, 2014 at his residence. He was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his sister, Janice Woods.
Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Tina Woods; sons, Billy (Keshia) Woods of Johnson City, Leslie (Lee Ann) Woods of Greeneville, Rocky Woods of Morristown, and Ridge Woods of Whitesburg; daughter, Hailley (Scott) Burton of Rogersville; parents, Bill and Mary Woods; grandchildren, Alexis Woods, Lucius Woods, Arisa Woods, Riley Woods, Zeke Woods, Ian Webb, Madalyn and Macy Burton, and Sydney Woods; two sisters, Phyllis Jones and Rita Woods; special friends, Melvin Greene, Jerry Johns, and Darryn Boyd; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Gary Marshall and Rev. Don Lamb officiating. Interment will follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 7 – 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
