Rodney was born to Stewart and Dorothy England in Knoxville and graduated from Powell High School. He was a Vietnam Veteran, having served in the US Marine Corp and was a Purple Heart recipient.
He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Pat England; daughter and son-in-law: Paula and Leroy Wolff of Clearwater, FL; granddaughter and partner: Leah Wolff and Will Temple of Richland, MS and great grandson: Gavin Rushing of Richland, MS.
Visitation with his family will be Monday, Feb. 3, 2025 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Stubblefield Funeral Home, Morristown, TN. Military graveside services will be held in Hamblen Memory Gardens, Morristown, TN on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2025 at 10:00 AM.
