

Ronnie had a wonderful sense of humor and was a very smart man..having taken and passed the GED test twice. He was an employee with ValTimet for many years. An Army Veteran who served in Vietnam and was a Foster parent for 26 years. He was a faithful member of All Saints Episcopal Church, where he served as an Usher, and made sure after each service the Bibles and hymnals were put back in there right place. But what he truly loved was being the only man who helped with the sauce during their annual bar be ques. He was a gentleman who loved to take care of anyone who would let him.
Along with his parents, those who have preceded him in death are his brothers: JC, Daniel, Jimmy, Eddie "Goose", and Sammie Bledsoe; sister: Brenda Bledsoe Richards; and his wife: Mary Bledsoe.
Ronnie is survived by his children: Pamela Bledsoe Skatzes, Mark Wetzel Bledsoe, Nikki Bledsoe Edwards (Jamie) and Megan Bledsoe McDermott (Mark) along with a special daughter: Katlin Gonzalez. Grandchildren: Richard Skatzes, Trevor Edwards, Kyler Bledsoe, Zyleigh, Zaidyn, Parker Bash, Haisleigh and Hailyn Edwards, Madison, Morgan and Mackenzie McDermott. Sister: Linda Bledsoe Johnson.
Visitation with the family will be Friday, July 5, 2024 from 12 Noon until 2:00 PM at Stubblefield Funeral Home with funeral services at 2:00 PM. Burial to immediately follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens with Military Honors provided by the TN Army National Honor Guard and the VFW Post 5266.
