Virginia Lee Caffery, age 76, of Whitesburg, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 18, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Caffery; parents, Alex and Carrie Lawther; and sister, Shirley Jacqueline Kimmins. Survivors include her children, Carolyn Brumbaugh, Mike (Carol) Mullins, Cathy Morgan, and Kim Mullins; fiancé, John “Skip” Rowe;
three step-children; sister, Helen Hancock; brother-in-law, Don Kimmins; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren with one on the way; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home on Friday, October 25, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Justin David Breeding officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7:00 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations can be made to the American Cancer Society. Stubblefield Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
