He was preceded in death by his parents; Bill and Ora T. (Barding) Wisecarver, and twin brother and sister-in-law James "Roy" (Gay Nell) Wisecarver.
Coy proudly served in the United States Army, and retired from Enka/BASF after 37 years. He was a lifelong farmer raising Angus cattle, tobacco, and hogs.
Coy is survived by his wife of 68 years; Louise White Wisecarver, daughters; Vicki (Jim) Brady, Donna (Frank) Fugate, and Julie (Blake) Lambert, grandchildren; Rachel Brady, Rebecca Brady, Daniel (Haley) Fugate, Jacob Fugate, John (Selena) Lambert and Sarah Lambert. Along with several nieces and nephews.
A private military service was held for family at Creeches Chapel Cemetery in Whitesburg.
