

Gloria was raised in Kosmos. She attended Glenoma Grade School and graduated from Morton High School.
In 1950, Gloria married Wayne Chambers and lived her life in Morton.
Gloria worked many years cooking in the lunch rooms for the Morton School District. She often volunteered for the many banquets and activities after hours. She was known for her great meals.
Gloria had a love of the arts including her many flower gardens, cake decorating and setting a table for her family and friends. Her door was always open and the coffee was always on. She loved to visit.
Gloria had a strong love for her family.
She is survived by her two sons, Donald (Pam) Chambers of Issaquah and David (Christie) Chambers of Morton; grandchildren Heidi Chambers, Gretchen Green, Eric Greiter, Brooks Chambers, Alyssa Olveda and Breanne Wasson; 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret and Dewey Wilson; brother, Ernie Wilson; and a sister Betty Wadiegh.
Gloria lived the last three years at Heritage House Assisted Living in Morton and enjoyed her many friends there.
A Celebration of Live luncheon potluck will be Thursday, July 7, 2016, at 11:30 a.m. at the Bob Lyle building in Morton.
