She was born in Bandera, TX and had lived in Moss Bluff since 1952. Jane was a member of Moss Bluff Bible Church. She enjoyed cooking, baking, quilting and traveling. Jane was very dedicated to serving her church and community.
Survivors include her son, James L. Smith and wife, Rosa; daughter, Hazel M. Cline and husband, Darrel; daughter-in-law, Carolyn Smith all of Moss Bluff; daughter, Barbara J. Davis and husband, Larry of Leesville; 8 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harry Smith; son, Hubert Richard Smith; two brothers and one sister.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 4pm-8pm at Moss Bluff Bible Church. Visitation will resume Friday from 11am until time of the service at 2pm at the church.
