Joyce Mae Forrester

Joyce was born in Lake Charles and worked as a IBM operator at the First National Bank. Joyce was also a member at the First Baptist Church of Moss Bluff. She was a graduate of Reeves High School and attended Mcneese University Joyce was also a member of the National Honor Society. she was also a Secretary for LA State PTA. Joyce, loved to spend time at her second home at Toledo Bend and enjoyed fishing at the lake and spending time with her family and friends.

Joyce is survived by her husband of 58 years Wayne Forrester of Moss Bluff; three sons, Barry and wife Alma of Ft. Worth TX; Mark and wife Paula of Dequincy; and Kent and wife Megan of Ragley La and one sister Betty Fleury of Chloe La; 7 Grandchildren and 13 Great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 04, 2017 from 5pm to 9pm and will resume at 9am until time of service Monday. Service will be held on Monday, June 05 at Hixson Moss Bluff Chapel at 1pm Rev Francis LaRocque and Rev James Rivers will be officiating. Burial will follow at the Creel Cemetery at Camp Pearl.
