Julian was born in Beeville, TX and lived in Moss Bluff. He retired from the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. He was a member of The Sanctuary Church in Moss Bluff.
Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Alex, Albert, Fred, Louis, Linda, Mary Ann, Mary Jane, and Patricia; 26 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Delia and a great-granddaughter, Ashley Alexander and his parents, George and Guadalupe Salazar.
His Home-Going will be 10am Saturday, March 8, 2014 in Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff. The Rev. W.H. Yarborough will officiate. Visitation is from 4pm-8pm Friday, March 7, and will resume 8am 'til service time Saturday. Burial will be in Old Ritchie Cemetery.
