Keri was not only my sister, but my identical twin and best friend. She had such a kind soul and such a sweet spirit. We shared a bond that words can hardly describe. At times, we could finish one another’s sentences and had similar feelings about almost everything. We even shared the same favorite color, purple.
She was such a shining light in my life and always my greatest supporter. Growing up, we shared countless adventures together, from Astroworld at a very young age to going on cruises, which she enjoyed most.
We always navigated life’s journey together. Her love and dedication to her two children were truly remarkable. She reminded me so much of our mother when it came to her children. They were her whole world.
Keri battled breast cancer and won. She also battled mental illness for many years. God ended this fight for her when it was more than she could bear alone. These plans were already set for her long before she was even born.
Her presence in my life was a gift, and her memory will continue to guide me. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unforgettable memories. Her beautiful spirit will live on forever in my heart.
Keri is survived by her two beloved children, Zachary Ryan Gaudin and Autumn Claire Gaudin; her twin sister, Teri Louise Elledge; her sister, Dana Marie Elledge; her niece, Ariana Gabrielle Kropf; her companion, Jeffery Mallett, as well as her 12-year-old dog Libby.
She was preceded in death by her wonderful parents, Robert and Pamella Elledge.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), or Camp Pearl.
A celebration of her life will take place on Saturday, February 21, 2026 with visitation beginning at 12:00pm, followed by the service at 2:00pm at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff. Interment will follow at New Ritchie Cemetery.
