He was born in Lake Charles and lived in Houston, Texas. He was a member of the Pentecostal faith. He attended Sam Houston High School and was a loving son and brother who always tried to help others.
He is survived by his mother, Sarah Hayman Granger of Moss Bluff; brothers, Owen Granger of Moss Bluff, Rev. Dennis S. Granger and wife, Pauline of Chestertown, Maryland and Gregory Paul Granger of LeBleu Settlement.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rev. James Granger and his wife, Linda Granger.
His service will be 11am, Monday, March 26, 2012, at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff. Rev. David Hairford and Rev. James Lumpkin will officiate. Visitation will begin, Sunday from 3pm-9pm and Monday, 8am until time of service. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery in Ragley.
