Mr. Pavlicek is survived by his wife, Josephine Pavlicek, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by 4 brothers, Albert, Louis F., Emil J., and Eugene V. Pavlicek.
A Graveside Memorial Service will take place at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at 10:00 am.
