He was born January 14, 1955 in Muncie, the son of Earl Z. and Marjorie (Evans) Wages. David was a 1973 graduate of Yorktown High School. He was a Pinkerton Security Guard.
Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Alice O. (Brandenburg) Wages; his mom, Marjorie Bickel; two brothers, Richard S. (wife Cheryl) Wages and Tim J. Wages; sister, Judith (husband Richard) Willis; two nephews and several cousins.
Services will be held 12:00 p.m., Monday, October 10, 2016 at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 W. Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, IN 47304 with. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
Family and friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., Monday at Elm Ridge Funeral Home.
