Judy Clevenger

She was born September 21, 1941, the daughter of Loren “Curly” and Catherine Clements. Judy graduated from Royerton High School in 1960. Judy was a proud sorority sister of the PSI IOTA XI, Chapter Theta Lambda of Gaston, Indiana. She married the love of her life, James “Jim” Clevenger. She worked for Abstract Title Company for many years. Then sold Avon and worked in the cafeteria for Yorktown Schools. Later, she worked for Life Data Medical Services until retirement. Her hobbies included traveling, camping, bowling, and reading. More than anything, Judy loved to spend time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her son, Tim (Lisa) Clevenger; grandchildren, Jonathan Jackson and Stephen (Marcela) Jackson; great-grandchild, Tanner Jackson; brother, Gary (Marsha) Clements, and their children Gary Clements Jr., Trudy Greer, and son Nicholas; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James “Jim” Clevenger; her parents; and brother, Randy Clements.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304. Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
