Kathy Marie Curtis

She was born on May 12, 1962, the daughter of Clyde Ehrhart and Donna Mawk. Kathy married her soulmate, Charles Curtis, and they shared thirty-one beautiful years. She was a dedicated homemaker, always putting her family’s needs above her own. Her sweet beagle, Lucy, had her heart, but nothing could surpass the joy she found in her grandchildren.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Charles Curtis; mother, Donna Mawk; sister, Nita (Doug) Hazelbaker; children, Jason (Amanda) Montgomery, Barry (Tracey) Montgomery, and Nicole Conner (Jim Zickmund); grandchildren, Alex Montgomery, Ashton Montgomery, Robbie Conner, Jaxon Conner, Logan Montgomery, and Parker Montgomery; step-mother, Betty Ehrhart; father-in-law, Morton Curtis; and several nieces and nephews.

Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Ehrhart; grandmother, Cora Foy; and mother-in-law, Sueann Curtis.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, December 18, 2023, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304. Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
