Nina West

She was born October 22, 1945 in Muncie, Indiana, the daughter of Dewey and Elsie (Foust) Koger. Nina was a homemaker, and was a member of Bethel United Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, and her family was a special part of her life, and she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her son, Randy (wife Melinda) West; granddaughters, Juliane (husband Antonio Townsend) West, Destiny Miller, and Olivia West, and grandson Ethan West, great grandson, Maleah West, and five other great grandchildren.

Nina was preceded in death by her parents; husband Buford West; one daughter Julie West, one son David West; one brother Dewey Koger, along with two other brothers; two sisters Betty Gunter, and one great granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her husband Buford West; daughter Julie West, brother David West, and ther Dewey koger, sisters Betty Gunter, and Judy Barnes; and two other brothers.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Elm Ridge Memorial Park, 4600 W. Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304. There will be no visitations, per request of Nina.
