Pamela Kay Spears

Pamela Kay Spears, 73, of Muncie, passed away on July 14, 2025, at her home in Muncie. She was born on April 23, 1952, in Muncie, Indiana, to the late Fred and Wilma (Applegate) Norris. Pamela married Stanley “Stan” Spears, and he preceded her in passing on October 18, 2014.

Pamela, being a lifelong resident of Muncie, enjoyed the comforts of her home. She enjoyed attending Conservation Club meetings in Farmland, with Stan. Pamela loved dogs, flowers, especially lilacs and ferns, as well as fishing at the Salamonie River. Above all, she cherished her family and loved spending time with them, especially her grandkids.

Pamela is survived by her children, Thomas (Cindy) Morris, Melissa (Shane) May, and Brian (Felicia) Morris; grandchildren, Dylan, J.T., Corale, Michael, Maddisyn, Mackenzie, Scottie, and Kaden; great-grandchildren, Kyler, Weston, Azlei, and Lena; siblings, Joseph Norris and Susan Earls; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to both of her parents, Pamela was preceded in death by her husband, Stan; brothers, Fred and John; and sister, Patricia.

Public visitation for Pamela will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Elm Ridge Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304, with funeral services starting promptly at 1:00 PM.
