Robert M. Cross

He was born June 15, 1970, in Frankfort, Indiana, the son of Donald W. and Della (Ridge) Cross. Robert graduated from Wes Del High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked at OJC Trucking of Hartford City. Robert enjoyed playing poker and golf, and listening to music. He also enjoyed cheering on his Pittsburgh Steelers.

Survivors include his three children; Brett Cross, Trace Snider, and Kinsey Lipscomb (daddy's girl); brothers, Thomas (wife Petra) Cross and Timothy (wife Wendy) Cross; sisters, Michelle Cross, Melanie Cocklin, Nicole (fiancée Erik) Lepe, and Casey (husband Zach) Miller; also surviving are several aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews; one great-niece and two great-nephews.

Services will be held 1:00 p.m., Thursday, August 17, 2017, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 W. Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304 with Pastor Glen Greiner officiating. Burial will follow in Jones Cemetery, with military rites by Veterans of Delaware County Honor Guard.

Family and Friends may call at the Elm Ridge Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Thursday.
