Roger Lee Cook Jr.

He was born on Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 10, 1970, the son of Roger Lee Cook Sr. and Joan (Bellomy) Cook. Roger graduated from Muncie Southside High School in 1988. He also attended Ivy Tech for Auto Mechanics.

Roger was extremely talented. He had a gift for being able to fix or repair anything. Roger’s greatest gift was his love for his family. He displayed this love by caring for his aging parents.

Roger is survived by his loving mother, Joan; his twin sister, Maria Renee (Jason) Good, two other sisters, Linda (Rick) Beckman and Wilma (Bruce) Carrier; nieces and nephews, JoAnna (Brent) Lynn, Leann (Zack) Pancek, Tanya (Kyle) Keller, Taryn (Jeremy) McKnight, Mason (Jessica) Good and Myles Good; great nieces and nephews, Zachary Panacek, Logan Panacek, Ava Panacek, Wyatt Lynn, Sebastian Keller, Annistyn Lynn, Victoria Good, Eliana Keller, Briar McKnight, and Alaya Good; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; also his fur baby and friend, “Buddy”.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Sr; maternal grandparents, Millard and Goldie (Miller) Bellomy; paternal grandparents, Clarence and Anna (Young) Cook.

Cremation will take place. Elm Ridge Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
