

He was born Sunday, December 8, 1946, in Muncie, Indiana, the son of Milton W. and Agnes G. (Tharp) Warner. Stanley was a Navy Veteran, having served during the Vietnam era. He was a member of Monroe Township Conservation Club and Local Union #2209. Stanley enjoyed his model planes and spending time on his Ham Radio. He also enjoyed riding his golf cart and John Deer Tractor around his property and sailing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Agnes Warner; and sister, Judy Redmon.
Stanley is survived by his loving wife, Wanda D. Warner; sons, Gary R. and Daniel D. Warner; brother, William (wife Nancy) Warner; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; George Shaw, Donnie Shaw, Mike (wife Anna) Shaw, Greg (wife Carol) Shaw, Brenda Kidd, and David Shaw; several nieces and nephews; and last, but not least, his favorite pet, Ivy.
Family and friends may call at Elm Ridge Funeral Home at 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana, on Saturday, August 4, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Services will be held 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 4, 2018, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow at Elm Ridge Memorial Park Mausoleum.
