Billy M. Woodard, age 82, passed away Saturday, May 22, 2021. Mr. Woodard was born Tuesday, September 27, 1938 in Mulberry, Tennessee and is preceded in death by his parents, Alma Johnson and Marshall Woodard; wife, Mildred Woodard; son, Billy Wayne Woodard; brothers, Robert and Edward Woodard.
A tow lift driver for C B Ragland, retiring after 45 years and one who enjoyed playing the guitar, Mr. Woodard is survived by his daughters, Kimberly (Kurt) Luber, Janet Woodard; brother, Jimmy Woodard; grandsons, Shaun Patrick Luber and Trenton Shaye Luber.
A graveside service will be conducted 12:00 Thursday, May 27, 2021 in Roselawn Memorial Gardens 5350 NW Broad Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
