Bradley McCormick, age 21, of Smyrna, passed away on Friday, December 04, 2015, at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Bradley is survived by his father and step mother, Steve and Laura McCormick; his mother, Ginger Carroll; sisters, Courteney and Angel McCormick and Cheyenne and Mary; brother, Michael McCormick and several aunts and uncles and cousins. Service to celebrate Bradley will be at 11:00am Monday at Roselawn Funeral Home with placement to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Bradley loved his family and also enjoyed to go fishing.
