Clyde W. Jr. Clemmons

Alvin C. York Veteran's Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He was born on February 10, 1934 in

Florence, Alabama and was 78 years old. He was a retired veteran of Korea and Vietnam in the United States Air Force.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 18th from 4:00 until 8:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, December 19th at 12 noon in the chapel of

Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Johnson officiating.

Burial will follow on Wednesday at 3:00pm in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Murfreesboro, Tn. with full military honors.

He was preceded in death by his,

parents, Clyde Wheeler and Mallie Davis Clemmons, Sr., son, Clyde Ricky Clemmons,

grandson, Michael Gene Jones, and a sister, Imogene Tipper.

He is survived by his,

wife of 60 years, Violet Marie Clemmons of Pulaski

daughter, Teresa (Ken) Felker of Pulaski

daughter, Mary Ann (Bob) Decker of Murfreesboro

daughter, Brenda (Roger) Short of Pulaski

daughter-in-law, Debbie Clemmons of Murfreesboroi

7 grandchildren

15 great grandchildren

sister, Ruby Hill of Murfreesboro

brother, Danny Ray Clemmons of Murfreesboro

brother, Steve Clemmons of Indiana

several nieces and nephews also survive
