Jim Jackson, local beloved gymnastic coach, Jim Jackson, 87, went home to be with his Lord Jesus today. He is survived by his children James and Victoria, grand-children Aubrey and Scarlet, great grandchildren Ever and Brooklyn, and his devoted wife of 60 years, Marlene Jackson. Jim requested no funeral or memorial, but has requested the song "My Tribute" by Andre Crouch be remembered; "How can I say thanks for the things you have done for me, Things so undeserved yet you gave to prove your love to me, The voices of a million angels could not express my gratitude. All that I am, or ever hope to be... I owe it all to Thee. To God be the Glory."
