Naomi Jane Smith

Naomi Jane Smith age 87, passed away in Lascassas on Tuesday, March 7, 2017. Naomi was born in Des Moines, Iowa and was the daughter of the late Harry Hill and Clark and Alice Bruett. Naomi is survived by her daughter Jana Brent (Warren), of Lascassas, TN and her two sons; Kevin Smith (Moss), and Randy Smith (Kathie) of Brookland , AR. She had twelve grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and her special caregivers Caryl Henley, Lisa Duke and Shirlee Lambert. Services to celebrate Naomi will be at Eleven o’clock on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Naomi was a master seamstress she worked for Madeline’s, Hancock Fabrics, and Delta Airlines. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 39 years, Russell Howard Smith. Naomi was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to many. She was a member of Lascassas United Methodist Church.
