Although Wilma was a cousin to me (I'm Wanda's son & named after Donald Wayne) I always thought of her as Aunt Wilma. Especially since Aunt Nina passed. We would talk on Facebook now and then and she never forgot to wish me or the rest of my family a happy birthday. She never forgot! That says a lot about the important things.

I'm starting a consultant job in Nashville this month and will be traveling there every week. I was looking SO FORWARD to visiting with Aunt Wilma and maybe taking her to dinner. Connie, Anita, and Ginger; maybe I can take y'all and your husbands to dinner sometime when up in Nashville.

Anyway, I loved Aunt Wilma very much and will miss her dearly. I'm so sorry for y'alls loss.

Ms. Wilma was one in a million! I knew that from the moment I met her on my Day I at Harding Mall DA. She was my initial training instructor and became a very dear friend. Wilma always had a smile, a hug and a friendly word ... for me and for all; I will miss her more than I can say. My prayers and condolences for her family. Grant unto her eternal rest, O Lord!
