He proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1964 to 1967. After his service, he worked 34 years for CB&I, where he was known for his dedication and hard work.
Bobby was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He is survived by his loving wife, Charolett Bell; his son, Kelby Bell; his daughter, Crystal Howard and her husband Jared Howard; and his cherished grandchildren, Austin Dearbonne and Laityn Howard. He also leaves behind his sisters, Cynthia Anderson and her husband Charles Anderson, and Pauline Bardwell; his brother, Robert Bell and wife Melinda Bell; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who loved him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, R.V. Bell and Frances Curbow Bell, and his sister, Patricia Bass.
Memorial Gathering will be May 27, 2025, from 5-7 pm at Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors,
5400 North Street, Nacogdoches, TX 75965.
