Carol was born July 4, 1947, in Baytown, Texas, to parents Mervin and Sybil Bird. She and James Foxworth were married on November 2, 1965, and had enjoyed more than 50 years together. They were members of Westway Baptist Church of Houston. As a homemaker, she was supportive of her family in every way possible.
Her survivors include her husband, James Foxworth of Houston, Texas; a daughter, Elizabeth Foxworth of Houston, Texas; a brother, David Bird of Barry, Texas; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Mervin Bird and Curtis Bird.
